Abstract
The role of judicial control over administrative acts is to constantly monitor the activity of the administrative apparatus in order to achieve a concordance between its functions and the well-being of citizens, as well as maintaining the concordance between the decisions of administrative bodies and their atributions, correction of these decisons and compliance of administrative actions with social reality in a continuous change and evolution, for the purpose of building a better administrative activity. In this article we will try to delineate this concept from others close as meaning, so as not to create confusion; we will also point out some significant moments of how this institution has been regulated over time.
