Abstract
The notion of disease, far from being a mere linguistic notion, concerns both man and the world, that he is the medical sciences, health policy, philosophy of life and living with the disease. This article proposes a transdisciplinary approach, dealing with medical sciences, linguistics and philosophy as ways of approaching the disease.
