Abstract
The derivation with the suffix ~ aş is a process not well represented in the Romanian legal terminology. However formed words, nouns and adjectives, participate in the formation of the legal vocabulary for defining a party in a few nominate contracts (tenancy of a farm, lease contract etc.) or the appointment of an agent punishable by criminal law for the fulfillment of a certain offense.
