Abstract
The article highlights the conditions of the right to property and its consequences in the domaine of social life. In Romania there are many legislation regarding the right to property. There are special types of property regarding the titular person. There are discussed the new legislation during the feudalism, the beginning of capitalism and the beginning of communism. The reality revealed the weakness of capitalism which conducted to the changes in the ’80s.
