Abstract
The welfare of families and of the general population relies on social protection mechanisms based on traditional and professional services. Practically, each one of the public services has its importance related to human activities. In order to determine public utilities, the study seeks to identify the problems regarding the quality of life and the impact these actions have regarding the achievement of a healthy and sustainable environment.
